I dont think you can just get rid of the dye in your hair. Your hair was lightened. You should get brown highlights then. Its much simpler :]
Unless you want to dye your hair back to a brown then highlight it but that could damage your hair. Too much hair dye: not good.

you can't take the dye out. you have to either let your hair grow out or dye it back to your natural color.
