Well on a white/tan Girl, i think any shade of blonde with light blonde highlights is nice. Also i think brown hair looks nice on a white tan/girl.
Also on a tan girl i think black hair looks gorgeous.
On a darker girl i think Black hair is gorgeous and dark brown.
On a paler girl, i think red hair is gorgeous.
