How can get my natural hair back after straightening it so much?

Okay, for about 3 months i have used my new awesome starightener which made my hair very nice and straight. My natural hair is very curly but now i sometimes want to curl my hair (like just put mousse in it) and i was wondering what can i do to get my natural beautiful hair back after starightening it soo much?? PLEASE HELP! :( i put mouusee in it yesturday and it looked horrible because most of it is not even curly!How can get my natural hair back after straightening it so much?
my sister did the same thing. her only option was to WAIT. its been bout six months since she straightened her hair. and she has her natural healthy wavy hair back.How can get my natural hair back after straightening it so much?

well, if you want ur hair curly, then all you have to do is wash it, without straightening it, and then youll already have ur texture back!!!

my friend told me to use mayonaise. yea, its so eeky. havent tried it but she already did. let it sit for 1-2 hours and then wash it. that what she did and her hair really looked shiny.
All you can do is stop using the straightners! what do you expect when you are frying your hair all the time.
Maybe getting a perm would help.
oooook! i really hope you listen to me, cuz i was the QUEEN of hair straightening! i straightened my hair almost DAILY for 5 years or more. my hair was FRIED! one day i just said 'im sick of this!!!' i was DONE with the hair straightener! its put away ina a box never to be looked at again! first thing you have to be ready to do, is embrace your natural texture. i know your used to seeing it straight, but just be ready to accept what your mother gave you! next, is a hair trim. i know, i know. you dont want to. neither did i. but trust me, just do it. you will NOT regret it. your hair will be so much softer and more managable. next, you need to get a good quality shampoo and conditioner. i know our hair type can be difficult to deal with. i found THE best brand . its called 'rusk' i have the moist shampoo and calm conditioner. if you buy these, you will NOT need and styling products, i promise! just keep using it for a few weeks even if it doesnt look great at first. just trust me.ive thrown away almost every product i ever owned. all i do now is wash, condition, towel wrap, air dry, and my hair looks AMAZING! i get so many compliments! and its growing MUCH faster !! give this a try. im glad you want to embrace your curls!
