You can just go to a store like Walmart and get Loreal Color Remover for the cheapest option. Or just go to the salon and let them look at your roots or eyebrows if it isnt grown out and color it the closest color to your natural one.
if you go to a salon it depends on what color your hair is right now. how long it is. etc. so i would call a salon that your comfortable w/ and ask them if you could come in for an estimate because they won't be able to tell you over the phone.
