How do I care for my African American NATURAL HAIR?

I have ben growing my hair out for one year. I recently took my braids out and have decided to finally wear my natural hair. The problem is, I have had relaxed hair the majority of my life and I only know how to care for relaxed hair. How do I care for my newly natural hair? I need some tips! Thanks in advance!How do I care for my African American NATURAL HAIR?
Curly/kinky hair needs moisture, moisture, and more moisture! . Avoid drying products such as hair spray, mousse, holding gels, etc. Opt for moisturizers, leave-in conditioners, and styling lotions. Black hair requires more oil. Look for natural oils and quality ingredients. Also when combing your hair use a wide tooth comb as oppose to fine. A fine tooth comb will just literaly rip your hair out plus it will hurt like heck.How do I care for my African American NATURAL HAIR?
There are alot of ';Natural'; hair care products out there. Find one that fits your hair texture and style. You mainly want to keep your hair/scalp oiled and not dry. If it's dry it will break off easily and look damaged. Care for it just as you did your relaxed hair. Pantene's Relaxed and Natural line has a really good daily conditioner. Also, there's a product that adds extra Shine to your hair. Keep your ends trimmed and your hair will continue to grow. I think natural hair grows faster then relaxed. When I was younger my natural hair was thicker and longer then my hair now...
i think u should use this special oil for ur hair u can find it at sally's
first and for most.. Jennifer S, your comments are rude and very offensive. I don't think the question was ';can you tell me how to make racist comments towards african americans';
